Identité numérique, clé de voûte de la souveraineté stratégique européenne – par Benoît Poletti et Constance de Leusse - l'Opinion
As digital transformation accelerates, cyber threats continue to evolve, and new European regulations reshape the digital trust landscape, robust, sovereign, and interoperable trust infrastructures have never been more important.
By sealing this strategic partnership, LuxTrust and INCERT are bringing together their complementary expertise: LuxTrust's two decades of experience in digital identity, strong authentication, and qualified trust services, alongside INCERT's deep capabilities in PKI infrastructures, cryptography, and identity management for sensitive environments.
Together, we share the conviction that local expertise, mastery of strategic technologies, and the ability to operate critical infrastructures are essential pillars of resilience and digital autonomy for Europe.
This partnership also contributes to strengthening Luxembourg's recognised ecosystem in digital identity, cybersecurity, cryptography, and trust services, while supporting major European initiatives such as eIDAS 2.0 and the future European Digital Identity Wallet (EUDI Wallet).

Together, INCERT and DEEPcover the full spectrum of applied cryptography:
- 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: deployment, lifecycle automation, and revocation, powered by QORI, our European PKI solution, and Keys&More, our cryptographic key lifecycle management platform
- 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: audit of existing systems, identification of vulnerable algorithms, and a clear migration roadmap
Whether you're managing sensitive data, digital identities, or critical communications, the expertise you need is now under one roof.
Organizations that act now will be better positioned for the security demands of tomorrow.
