One of our fundamental missions as a public agency is to guarantee a trusted link between physical identity and digital identity. This mission is built on recognized expertise in the areas of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), secure travel documents, and electronic verification solutions.

For several years, we have been investing heavily in R&D to support the rise of digital identity, particularly around the European Digital Identity Wallet.

Through our solutions and application frameworks, we help governments and private organizations alike to accelerate and simplify the adoption of eIDAS2, while paving the way for new innovative, seamless, and user-centered services.
